  Precision-machined from Grade 5 titanium (Ti-6Al-4V), these T47 shells are built for professional framebuilders and small manufacturers. With a 2 1/16" OD and a thicker wall section, they resist distortion during welding while remaining lightweight thanks to internal relief.

  Available in all T47 widths and threading options, each shell is cut to exact tolerances for perfect alignment and a lifetime of creak-free performance. For added convenience, shells can be ordered with custom engraving (serial numbers, logos, etc.) and pre-machined holes or slots to streamline your manufacturing process.
